The Saint Francis Lancers (Mountain View, CA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Punahou Buff n' Blue (Honolulu, HI), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Lancers now hold a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they host Presentation for a West Catholic contest on Tuesday, September 23. Saint Francis will battle a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to St. Ignatius College Preparatory (San Francisco, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 4-7.
Next, the Buff n' Blue battle the Kamehameha Kapalama Warriors (Honolulu, HI) in a Interscholastic League contest, on Tuesday, September 23. Punahou will attempt to move on its 13-11 season record. The Warriors enter the contest with a 23-7 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Folsom (Folsom, CA).
