Louisiana High School Volleyball - Sulphur Ruston

The Ruston Bearcats topped the host Sulphur Golden Tors volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Bearcats face the West Monroe Rebels (West Monroe, LA) in a Division I District 2 game, on Tuesday, September 23. Ruston will attempt to advance on its 7-5 season record. The Rebels go into the game with a 11-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Southwood (Shreveport, LA).

The Golden Tors (7-13) will now prepare for their game against Episcopal of Acadiana (Cade, LA). The Falcons go into the non-league game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, Episcopal of Acadiana went down by Teurlings Catholic (Lafayette, LA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
