Colorado High School Volleyball - Trinidad bounced by Sanford

Sanford Mustangs (Sanford, CO) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Trinidad Miners (Trinidad, CO), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Sanford improves its record to 8-0 on the season. The Mustangs host Escalante (Tierra Amarilla, NM) to face the Lobos in a non-league test on Friday, September 26. The Lobos go into the test with a record of 3-7. Escalante won 3-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Jemez Valley (Jemez Pueblo, NM)

Next, the Miners meet the Monte Vista Pirates (Monte Vista, CO) in a 2A Southern Peaks challenge, on Thursday, September 25. Trinidad will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record.
