New York High School Volleyball - Shenendehowa edged by Sutherland

The Shenendehowa Plainsmen volleyball squad (Clifton Park, NY), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Sutherland Knights (Pittsford, NY)

With the win, Sutherland improves its record to 12-1 on the season. The Knights travel to Greece Olympia/Greece Odyssey (Rochester, NY) to meet the in a Section 5 Monroe County IV contest on Thursday, September 25. The enter the contest with a record of 0-2.

Next, the Plainsmen meet the Albany Falcons (Albany, NY) in a Section 2 Suburban - Grey contest, on Thursday, September 25. Shenendehowa will attempt to upgrade on its 12-3 season record. The Falcons go into the test with a 5-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Columbia (East Greenbush, NY).
