Spring-Ford Rams (Royersford, PA) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host State College Little Lions (State College, PA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Rams (12-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Easton Area (Easton, PA). The Rovers come into the non-league challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Easton Area lost by Phillipsburg (Phillipsburg, NJ), 3-2, in a non-league test.

The Little Lions now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Altoona for a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth test on Monday, September 22. State College will face a Mountain Lions squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Cedar Cliff (Camp Hill, PA). The Mountain Lions record now stands at 0-7.
