The Bulldogs (2-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Mt. Pleasant (San Jose, CA). The Cardinals come into the BVAL - West Valley challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Mt. Pleasant defeated KIPP Navigate College Prep (San Jose, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Grizzlies encounter the Hill Falcons (San Jose, CA) in a BVAL - Santa Teresa South challenge, on Thursday, September 23. Gunderson will attempt to move on its 0-7 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Prospect (Saratoga, CA).
