The Cyprus Pirates football team (Magna, UT), was knocked off 33-13 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Corner Canyon Chargers (Draper, UT)

The Chargers (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Westlake (Saratoga Springs, UT). The Thunder come into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record.

The Pirates now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wasatch for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 28. Cyprus will meet a Wasps team coming off a 50-46 non-league loss to Provo (Provo, UT). The Wasps record now stands at 2-4.
