Lawton Blue Devils (Lawton, MI) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Bridgman Bees (Bridgman, MI), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Blue Devils face the Black River Rats (Holland, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 26. Lawton will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Rats enter the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to Hackett Catholic Prep (Kalamazoo, MI).

The Bees now have a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they host New Buffalo for a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph challenge on Thursday, September 22. Bridgman will face a Bison team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Howardsville Christian (Marcellus, MI). The Bison record now stands at 0-4.
