The crowd at Wednesday's league test between the Curie Condors (Chicago, IL) and the visiting Little Village Phoenix (Chicago, IL), saw Curie's soccer squad get by Little Village by a count of 2-1.
The Condors now hold a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Hancock for a Chicago Public Premier Central test on Monday, September 26. Curie will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Solorio (Chicago, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 3-2.
With the loss, Little Village drops to 1-8 on the season. The Phoenix host Cristo Rey Jesuit (Chicago, IL) to meet the Cristeros in a non-league test on Friday, September 23. The Cristeros come into the test with a record of 9-3. Cristo Rey Jesuit won 5-1 in their recent league test against Rochelle Zell Jewish (Deerfield, IL)
