Colorado High School Softball - Ponderosa bounces Castle View

September 21, 2022: Castle Rock, CO 80109

The Ponderosa Mustangs routed the host Castle View Sabercats softball squad by a final score of 17-3 in Wednesday's league battle.

The Mustangs (14-4) will now prepare for their battle against Rock Canyon (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Jaguars go into the 5A Continental battle with a 9-9 record. In their last battle, Rock Canyon topped Chaparral (Parker, CO), 16-9, in a league battle.

The Sabercats now possess a 3-12 record. They play next when they travel to Fruita Monument for a non-league battle on Friday, September 23. Castle View will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 5-3 league win over Grand Junction Central (Grand Junction, CO). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-8.
