The Westerly Bulldogs held off the visiting Mt. Hope Huskies volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Wednesday's league test.

The Bulldogs now have a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln for a Division 2 test on Tuesday, September 27. Westerly will confront a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league win over North Smithfield (North Smithfield, RI). The Lions record now stands at 2-3.

The Huskies (5-2) will now prepare for their test against North Smithfield (North Smithfield, RI). The Northmen enter the Division 2 test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, North Smithfield was nudged by Lincoln (Lincoln, RI), 3-0, in a league test.
