Texas High School Football - Granger defeats Bruni

September 21, 2023: Bruni, TX 78344

In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Granger Lions football squad scored a good 57-30 victory over the Bruni Badgers.

In their next game, the Lions clash with the Iola Bulldogs (Iola, TX) in a 2A-2 Region IV District 13 match, on Friday, October 6. Granger will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 4-1 record after their 44-14 non-league win over Maud (Maud, TX).

The Badgers (1-4) will now prepare for their match against La Pryor (La Pryor, TX). The Bulldogs enter the non-league match with a 1-3 record. In their last match, La Pryor dropped by Brackett (Brackettville, TX), 58-6, in a league match.
