The General McLane Lancers (Edinboro, PA) football defeated the visiting Corry Beavers (Corry, PA), 41-15 in Thursday's league bout.

In their next game, the Lancers face the Harbor Creek Huskies (Harborcreek, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 29. General McLane will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Huskies enter the bout with a 2-3 record after their 48-7 league win over Girard (Girard, PA).

The Beavers (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Fairview (Fairview, PA). The Tigers enter the District 10 Region 4 bout with a 2-3 record. In their last bout, Fairview defeated Warren (Warren, PA), 49-15, in a non-league bout.
