The Hozho Academy Wolves football team (Gallup, NM), was ripped 50-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Tucumcari Rattlers (Tucumcari, NM)
The Rattlers (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM). The Warriors come into the 3A District 4 challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Ruidoso was ripped by Tularosa (Tularosa, NM), 50-0, in a non-league challenge.
The Wolves now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mescalero Apache for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 29. Hozho Academy will meet a Chiefs team coming off a 47-12 non-league loss to Escalante (Tierra Amarilla, NM). The Chiefs record now stands at 2-3.
