New Mexico High School Volleyball - Moriarty edged by Grants

The Grants Pirates held off the visiting Moriarty Pintos volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Pirates now have a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Aztec for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 3.
The Pintos (4-4) will now prepare for their test against Miyamura (Gallup, NM). The Patriots enter the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Miyamura was nudged by Valencia (Los Lunas, NM), 2-1, in a non-league test.
