In Thursday's non-league battle, the host North Branch Vikings soccer squad scored a close 5-0 win over the Cambridge-Isanti Bluejackets.
The Vikings (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Chisago Lakes Area (Lindstrom, MN). The Wildcats go into the Class A Section 7 battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Chisago Lakes Area was overwhelmed by Esko (Esko, MN), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
The Bluejackets (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Princeton (Princeton, MN). The Tigers go into the non-league battle with a 1-10 record. In their last battle, Princeton was overwhelmed by St. Cloud Cathedral (St. Cloud, MN), 9-0, in a non-league battle.
