The Grants Pirates (Grants, NM) volleyball nudged the visiting Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM), 2-1 in Thursday's non-league outing.
With the win, Grants betters its record to 4-4 on the year. The Pirates travel to Cottonwood Classical Prep (Albuquerque, NM) to face the Coyotes in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 28. The Coyotes go into the outing with a record of 7-2.
The Pintos now sport a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Miyamura for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 23.
