In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute Marauders soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Orchard Park Quakers.
The Marauders (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against St. Francis (Hamburg, NY). The Red Raiders come into the Msgr Martin battle with a 2-7 record. In their last battle, St. Francis nudged Marcellus (Marcellus, NY), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
The Quakers (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Frontier (Hamburg, NY). The Falcons come into the ECIC I battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Frontier was nudged by Orchard Park (Orchard Park, NY), 2-1, in a league battle.
