The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Eastern Mennonite Flames (Harrisonburg, VA) and the host Wakefield Country Day Owls (Flint Hill, VA), saw Eastern Mennonite's volleyball squad beat Wakefield Country Day by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Eastern Mennonite upgrades its record to 6-3 on the year. The Flames travel to St. Anne's-Belfield (Charlottesville, VA) to play the Saints in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 26. The Saints go into the bout with a record of 4-3.
The Owls now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mountain View Christian Academy for a non-league match on Tuesday, October 3.
