Georgia High School Volleyball - Hart County edged by Jefferson

The Jefferson Dragons held off the visiting Hart County Bulldogs volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Dragons now have a 25-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clarke Central for a 5A Area 8 test on Wednesday, September 27. Jefferson will confront a Gladiators team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Monroe Area (Monroe, GA). The Gladiators record now stands at 11-11.

The Bulldogs (22-4) will now prepare for their test against Stephens County (Toccoa, GA). The Indians enter the 3A Area 8 test with a 14-13 record. In their last test, Stephens County held off Rabun County (Tiger, GA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
