The Hibbing Bluejackets volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] Wolverines to 2 in the Bluejackets non-league victory on Thursday.

The Bluejackets now have a 2-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to International Falls for a non-league game on Monday, September 25. Hibbing will meet a Broncos team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Littlefork-Big Falls (Littlefork, MN). The Broncos record now stands at 7-4.

The Wolverines (3-9) will now prepare for their game against Mountain Iron-Buhl (Mountain Iron, MN). The Rangers enter the Arrowhead game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, Mountain Iron-Buhl held off Cherry (Iron, MN), 3-0, in a league game.
