The Jefferson Dragons volleyball team (Tampa, FL), was edged 3-2 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Middleton Tigers (Tampa, FL)
The Tigers (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Spoto (Riverview, FL). The Spartans come into the 5A District 9 challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Spoto was edged by Leto (Tampa, FL), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Dragons encounter the Sumner Stingrays (Riverview, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 26. Jefferson will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Stingrays come into the challenge with a 6-7 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Riverview (Riverview, FL).
