The Nevis Tigers topped the visiting Kelliher/Northome Mustangs volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.
The Tigers now have a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Russell-Tyler-Ruthton for a non-league test on Friday, September 22. Nevis will confront a Knights team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Adrian/Ellsworth (Adrian, MN). The Knights record now stands at 9-3.
The Mustangs (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Warroad (Warroad, MN). The Warriors enter the non-league test with a 1-9 record. In their last test, Warroad was knocked off by Badger/Greenbush-Middle River (Badger, MN), 3-0, in a non-league test.
