The Mansfield Hornets topped the visiting Taunton Tigers volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's league test.
The Hornets now have a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sharon for a Hockomock test on Wednesday, September 27. Mansfield will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Franklin (Franklin, MA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-5.
The Tigers (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Durfee (Fall River, MA). The Hilltoppers enter the non-league test with a 2-4 record.
