The Brookline Warriors felled the visiting Newton South Lions football team by a score of 25-13 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Watertown Raiders (Watertown, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 27. Brookline will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Raiders go into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 22-14 non-league win over Ipswich (Ipswich, MA).
The Lions (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Hopkinton (Hopkinton, MA). The Hillers go into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Hopkinton lost by Medfield (Medfield, MA), 21-6, in a non-league challenge.
