The Mepham Pirates walloped the host Roslyn/Friends Academy football team by a score of 42-0 in Saturday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Pirates play the Calhoun Colts (Merrick, NY) in a Section 8 Conference II challenge, on Saturday, September 28. Mepham will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Colts go into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 39-13 league win over Jericho (Jericho, NY).
