The Patriots go into the battle with a record of 1-1. Pittston won 46-26 in their recent non-league battle against Wyoming Valley West (Plymouth, PA)

The Warriors now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host North Pocono for a non-league battle on Monday, September 30. Wyoming Area will play a Trojans team coming off a 13-2 non-league win over Abington Heights (Clarks Summit, PA). The Trojans record now stands at 3-0.
