Illinois High School Football - Prospect holds off Evanston

The Prospect Knights (Mt. Prospect, IL) football tipped the host Evanston Wildkits (Evanston, IL), 13-12 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Knights now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wheeling for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 28. Prospect will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 16-6 non-league win over Maine East (Park Ridge, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-3.

With the defeat, Evanston drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Wildkits travel to Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL) to clash with the Titans in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 28. The Titans come into the outing with a record of 1-2. Glenbrook South lost 52-36 in their recent non-league outing against Hersey (Arlington Heights, IL)
