In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Hawthorne Christian Defenders soccer squad scored a tight 6-0 victory over the Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology Lions.

The Defenders (2-3) will now prepare for their outing against Pompton Lakes (Pompton Lakes, NJ). The Cardinals go into the non-league outing with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, Pompton Lakes was overwhelmed by Hawthorne (Hawthorne, NJ), 4-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Lions confront the Bergen Charter (Hackensack, NJ) in a non-league outing, on Monday, September 30. Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record.
