In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Modesto Panthers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Galt Warriors.

The Panthers (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Turlock (Turlock, CA). The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Turlock beat Tracy (Tracy, CA), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the Franklin Yellowjackets (Stockton, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 21. Galt will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a 7-7 record after their 2-1 league win over Tokay (Lodi, CA).
