In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Jefferson Area Falcons soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Brookfield Warriors.
The Falcons (4-6) will now prepare for their outing against Perry (Perry, OH). The Pirates go into the non-league outing with a 2-5 record.
Next up, the Warriors confront the Jackson-Milton Bluejays (North Jackson, OH) in a Mahoning Valley Athletic - Scarlet outing, on Monday, September 23. Brookfield will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Bluejays go into the outing with a 6-1 record after their 5-3 league win over Newton Falls (Newton Falls, OH).
