The South Bend St. Joseph Huskies soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Munster Mustangs to 1 in the Huskies non-league victory on Saturday.
The Huskies now hold a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Elkhart for a Northern Indiana Soccer Conf bout on Tuesday, September 24. South Bend St. Joseph will play a Lions squad coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Hobart (Hobart, IN). The Lions record now stands at 7-4.
With the loss, Munster moves to 9-3 on the year. The Mustangs host Highland (Highland, IN) to play the Trojans in a Northwest Crossroads bout on Wednesday, September 25.
