The North Schuylkill Spartans smashed the host Shamokin Area Indians soccer team by a tally of 6-0 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next, the Spartans face the Williams Valley Vikings (Tower City, PA) in a non-league game, on Monday, September 23. North Schuylkill will attempt to advance on its 6-4 season record. The Vikings come into the game with a 3-6 record after their 6-1 non-league loss to Our Lady of Lourdes Regional (Coal Township, PA).
The Indians (3-7) will now prepare for their game against Montgomery (Montgomery, PA). The Red Raiders come into the non-league game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, Montgomery was overwhelmed by South Williamsport (South Williamsport, PA), 3-2, in a league game.
