Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Tri-Valley Bulldogs (Hegins, PA) and the host Notre Dame Spartans (East Stroudsburg, PA), saw Tri-Valley's soccer squad hold off Notre Dame by a count of 3-2.

The Bulldogs (4-5) will now prepare for their battle against Southern Columbia Area (Catawissa, PA). The Tigers enter the non-league battle with a 4-5 record. In their last battle, Southern Columbia Area tipped Sullivan County (Laporte, PA), 3-1, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Spartans battle the Lincoln Leadership Academy Lions (Allentown, PA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 23. Notre Dame will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Lions enter the battle with a 0-3 record after their 13-1 non-league loss to Northern Lehigh (Slatington, PA).
