Fans at Saturday's league battle between the Shikellamy Braves (Sunbury, PA) and the host Selinsgrove Seals (Selinsgrove, PA), saw Shikellamy's soccer squad hold off Selinsgrove by a count of 1-0.

The Braves (7-4) will now prepare for their battle against Montoursville (Montoursville, PA). The Warriors enter the non-league battle with a 7-2 record. In their last battle, Montoursville tipped Shamokin Area (Coal Township, PA), 5-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Seals confront the Central Columbia Bluejays (Bloomsburg, PA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 24. Selinsgrove will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Bluejays enter the battle with a 11-1 record after their 7-0 league win over Bloomsburg (Bloomsburg, PA).
