In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Southern Columbia Area Tigers soccer squad scored a tight 3-1 victory over the Sullivan County Griffins.
The Tigers (4-5) will now prepare for their outing against Tri-Valley (Hegins, PA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 4-5 record. In their last outing, Tri-Valley got by Notre Dame (East Stroudsburg, PA), 3-2, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Griffins play the Millville Quakers (Millville, PA) in a Mid-Penn D4 outing, on Tuesday, September 24. Sullivan County will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Quakers go into the outing with a 5-4 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Northeast Bradford (Rome, PA).
