The Northfield Raiders topped the visiting Apple Valley Eagles volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Raiders confront the John Marshall Rockets (Rochester, MN) in a Big 9 game, on Tuesday, September 24. Northfield will attempt to advance on its 11-5 season record. The Rockets go into the game with a 0-10 record after their 3-0 league loss to Century (Rochester, MN).

The Eagles (6-5) will now prepare for their game against Lakeville North (Lakeville, MN). The Panthers go into the South Suburban game with a 15-0 record.
