California High School Volleyball - Balboa over Forest Lake Christian

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Balboa Buccaneers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Forest Lake Christian Falcons.

The Buccaneers (10-9) will now prepare for their contest against Rosemont (Sacramento, CA). The Wolverine enter the non-league contest with a 10-6 record. In their last contest, Rosemont was knocked off by Liberty Ranch (Galt, CA), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Falcons battle the John Adams Academy Rsvl/Lin Patriots (Roseville, CA) in a Central Valley California League contest, on Tuesday, September 24. Forest Lake Christian will attempt to move on its 8-11 season record. The Patriots enter the contest with a 8-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Foresthill (Foresthill, CA).
