In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Forest Hills Eastern Hawks volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Belding Black Knights.
The Hawks (12-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Lowell (Lowell, MI). The Red Arrows come into the non-league challenge with a 11-9 record. In their last challenge, Lowell was beaten by Cedar Springs (Cedar Springs, MI), 3-2, in a league challenge.
Next, the Black Knights meet the Thornapple Kellogg Trojans (Middleville, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 21. Belding will attempt to upgrade on its 3-15 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 2-13 record after their 3-1 league loss to Wayland (Wayland, MI).
