In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Bon Homme Cavaliers volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Beresford Watchdogs.
The Cavaliers (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Andes Central/Dakota Christian (Lake Andes, SD). The come into the non-league challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Andes Central/Dakota Christian edged Scotland (Scotland, SD), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Watchdogs meet the Platte/Geddes Black Panthers (Platte, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 21. Beresford will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Black Panthers come into the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Andes Central/Dakota Christian (Lake Andes, SD).
