In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Kuemper Knights volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Bishop Garrigan Golden Bears.
The Knights (24-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Shenandoah (Shenandoah, IA). The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 14-3 record. In their last challenge, Shenandoah beat Lamoni (Lamoni, IA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Golden Bears meet the St. Edmond Gaels (Fort Dodge, IA) in a challenge, on Saturday, September 21. Bishop Garrigan will attempt to upgrade on its 1-12 season record. The Gaels enter the challenge with a 8-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Clarion-Goldfield/DOWS (Clarion, IA).
