In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Bishop Heelan Catholic Crusaders volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Kuemper Knights.

The Crusaders (21-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Jefferson (Council Bluffs, IA). The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a 4-14 record. In their last challenge, Jefferson was beaten by Lincoln (Council Bluffs, IA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights meet the Shenandoah Mustangs (Shenandoah, IA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, September 24. Kuemper will attempt to upgrade on its 24-1 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 14-3 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Lamoni (Lamoni, IA).
