Nebraska High School Volleyball - Perkins County can't get by Bridgeport

Bridgeport Bulldogs (Bridgeport, NE) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Perkins County Plainsmen (Grant, NE), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Bridgeport improves its record to 9-5 on the season. The Bulldogs host Bayard (Bayard, NE) to face the Tigers in a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 2-5. Bayard lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Alliance (Alliance, NE)

The Plainsmen now own a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Leyton for a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. Perkins County will face a Warriors squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Garden County (Oshkosh, NE). The Warriors record now stands at 9-0.
