Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the McCreary Central Raiders (Stearns, KY) and the visiting Butler County Bears (Morgantown, KY), observed McCreary Central's volleyball team top Butler County by a count of 2-0.

The Raiders (8-10) will now prepare for their contest against Jellico (Jellico, TN). The Blue Devils enter the non-league contest with a 3-11 record. In their last contest, Jellico was knocked off by Cosby (Cosby, TN), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Bears battle the Warren Central Dragons (Bowling Green, KY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 21. Butler County will attempt to move on its 2-17 season record. The Dragons enter the contest with a 5-8 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Edmonson County (Brownsville, KY).
