The Chicago Academy Cougars volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Muchin College Prep Mountain Lions to 0 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cougars now possess a 15-2 record. They play next when they host Northtown for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 21. Chicago Academy will play a Pumas team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Westmont (Westmont, IL). The Pumas record now stands at 3-3.

With the loss, Muchin College Prep drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Mountain lions travel to Mansueto (Chicago, IL) to play the Leopards in a Noble Street outing on Monday, September 30. The Leopards come into the outing with a record of 5-1.
