In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Clarion-Limestone Lions volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Juniata Valley Hornets.
The Lions (11-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Philipsburg-Osceola (Philipsburg, PA). The Mountaineers enter the non-league challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, Philipsburg-Osceola beat Bellefonte (Bellefonte, PA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Hornets meet the Bellwood-Antis Blue Devils (Bellwood, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 21. Juniata Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 3-1 league loss to Hollidaysburg (Hollidaysburg, PA).
