In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Spring Garden Panthers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Cleburne County Tigers.
The Panthers (17-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Pleasant Valley (Jacksonville, AL). The Raiders come into the non-league challenge with a 6-11 record. In their last challenge, Pleasant Valley beat Cedar Bluff (Cedar Bluff, AL), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Tigers meet the Glencoe Yellowjackets (Glencoe, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 21. Cleburne County will attempt to upgrade on its 7-11 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a 14-9 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Sardis (Boaz, AL).
