The Orthopaedic Vipers edged the visiting Franklin Panthers volleyball squad by a final score of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Vipers confront the Annenberg Panthers (Los Angeles, CA) in a Freeway game, on Monday, September 23. Orthopaedic will attempt to advance on its 8-6 season record. The Panthers go into the game with a 4-3 record after their 3-1 league win over Aspire Ollin (Huntington Park, CA).

The Panthers (1-10) will now prepare for their game against Wilson (Los Angeles, CA). The Mules go into the Northern game with a 3-7 record. In their last game, Wilson was edged by Fairfax (Los Angeles, CA), 1-0, in a non-league game.
