The Grant Lancers volleyball team scored 1 points and restricted the host Gabrielino Eagles to 0 in the Lancers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Lancers now have a 18-4 record. They play next when they travel to University for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 21. Grant will play a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 league win over Hamilton (Los Angeles, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, Gabrielino drops to 11-9 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Ramona Convent (Alhambra, CA) to play the Tigers in a non-league outing on Monday, September 23. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 9-7. Ramona Convent won 3-0 in their recent league test against St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy (Downey, CA)
