Nebraska High School Volleyball - Hershey can't get by Grand Island Central Catholic

The Grand Island Central Catholic Crusaders edged the host Hershey Panthers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Crusaders confront the Aquinas Monarchs (David City, NE) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 24. Grand Island Central Catholic will attempt to advance on its 8-6 season record. The Monarchs go into the game with a 1-12 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Wood River (Wood River, NE).

The Panthers (2-10) will now prepare for their game against Ord (Ord, NE). The Chanticleers go into the non-league game with a 4-8 record. In their last game, Ord was edged by West Holt (Atkinson, NE), 3-1, in a non-league game.
